I Tarai Soave 2011
It is hand harvested from one of Soave's most important Cru vineyards. It is simply stunning. The refining part is done in old oak barrels to add a layer of texture and complexity to an already serious white wine.
It is hand harvested in mid to late October. The fermentation is in stainless steel tanks and refining takes place in both stainless steel tanks and old oak barrels to round out the palate.
Colour: Straw yellow with golden tones
Aromas: It has intense floral and ripe fruits on the nose.
Palate: On the palate it is complex with some body and texture.
