This is the family's oldest vineyard. It's orientation is in the north-western part and organically farmed.
Visual: Yellow intense color with gold edges. It is clean and brilliant.
Nose: It is intense, rich and complex. It has ripe apricot, pear and peach fruit flavors with toast and spicy touches and aromatic notes.
Palate: It is very rich and intense on the palate. The acidity and persistent flavors add depth and a long pleasant finish. It's a wine with great personality and ageing potential.

Vinification: It is hand harvested through picking of a selection of grapes. Complete destemming and cold skinny maceration. Compress air press with selection of the first juice. Debourbage with cold temperature. Alcoholic spontaneous fermentation in french oak barrel. Ageing on lees in the same barrel for 12 months with “batonnage”.
