Pinot Gris masters, the Cielo brothers of Pradio source a bolder, more round and generous style of Pinot Grigio from various vineyards in Friuli-Venezia. 

Delicious and distinctly Pinot Grigio, the Casa Defra features ripe pear and some of the dried pineapple and biscuitty characters of the variety. Though the palate is round and soft it still has real structure to carry flavour and texture.

This richness makes it a great all-round white, and able to cope with all robust elements; strong flavours, saltiness, earthiness and heat.
