Full flavoured and full bodied showing beautiful balance. Aging in French oak has ensured a fine structure and a beautiful long complex finish for both wines.
Wisdom Creek Reserve Shiraz 2005 - Barossa Valley, SA
Bold Barossa shiraz. Generous bouquet of blackberry, blueberries, fruit cake and chocolate. A full bodied wine, the finish is smooth and well balanced with fruit and oak integrating beautifully. Matured in French oak for 18 months.
Paragon Valley Shiraz 2005 - Barossa Valley, SA
This is Wisdom Creek's very top wine. The best of the best shiraz the cooperative can muster. Bouquet has fruit, spice and more. Palate shows mulberry and black cherry fruit flavours enhanced with fine spice characters. Full bodied bold Barossa with a well balanced, layered structure derived from 18 months in French oak barriques.
