NEW 2014 VINTAGE now available - stunning as usual! New vintage notes coming soon.
Wine making process:
It is hand picked with selective sorting. The fermentation is at low temperature (19°C) 21 days in stainless-steel vats. No malo-lactic fermentation in order to maintain a good acidity level. Natural cold stabilization 3 to 6 months of ageing on the lees.
It is clear yellow with golden highlights. It is very stylish with a floral exotic bouquet, a full body and an explosion of complex tropical floral fruit flavours on palate.

>> "Ripe but nicely focused, this white displays tangerine and nectarine notes along the edges, lending a racy hint to the peach and yellow apple fruit flavors. There's good cut on the finish. "
