2013 Sauvignon Blanc
This Gold medal winning wine has intense aromas of tropical fruit on the nose followed by a tight combination of juicy fruit and minerality on the palate. It is mouth filling with plenty of textural layers and lively acidity. This is a very well structured wine. Even the most one eyed Marlborough NZ fan will think about switching to this Chapman Grove.

Appearance: It is pale yellow and star bright with fine bubbles.
Aromas: It has citrus fruit, white fruit (pear, nectarine), brioche, fresh butter with subtle notes of toasted bread.
Palate: It is fresh and well balanced with a long finish.

Recommendation: It is perfect as an aperitif with seafood or a wide range of other foods.
