2011 I Tarai Soave
It is hand harvested from one of Soave's most important Cru vineyards. It is simply stunning. The refining part is done in old oak barrels to add a layer of texture and complexity to an already serious white wine.

Vinification: The fermentation is in stainless steel tanks and refining in both stainless steel tanks and old oak barrels to round out the palate and not to add oak flavours.
