Q: How can I buy your wines if I am a private buyer?
A: Please contact us info@globalfinewines.com.au requesting to know where wines of interest are available for purchase. Rarer wines may not be available through bottle shops, however, we can recommend an online retailer through which they can be purchased.
Q: Can I sample the wines before buying?
A: In most cases, yes. Depending on your location, we will either visit you with samples or send you the samples of interest. Obviously it is not possible to send full bottles of the expensive wines without a charge, but these can be purchased by the single bottle and we will ship freight free.
Q: What if I get an out of condition wine, e.g. corked?
A: We will replace the bottle or apply a credit to your account.
Q: Do you do staff training on your wines?
A: Depending on your location, yes we do. This is a free service to regular customers. Please contact us to discuss your specific requirements.
