Origin: Lower Orbieu Valley, west of Narbonne.
I.G.P. Pays d'Orc
Soil: Alluvial terraces.
Climate: Mediterranean, very windy. Dryness increased by the prevailing winds that blow from the west and northwest (Cers and Tramontana)
Wine-Making Method: Fermentation of 4 days using destemmed grapes and vatting period of 3 weeks.
Appearance: Bright light red colour
Aroma: Appealing notes of raspberries and wild strawberries.
Palate: Light bodied with satiny tannins. Flavours of cherry and liquorice.
Alcohol: 14% vol.
