Picardy Chardonnay, Pemberton 2008

This is a mouth-watering Chablis style. The palate is tight and fine, crisp and clean. The fruit is soft and recalls cashews and melon, with understated oak. Tangy acidity, lovely line and length. All chardonnay should be this refreshing. Now to four years. 94 / 100
