Sons of Eden Kennedy Barossa Valley Grenache Shiraz Mourvedre 2007

Good hue; it is far from usual for a Barossa Valley blend of Grenache/Shiraz/Mourvedre to yield a wine with as much stature as this, nor for the flavours to veer as much into black fruits as red; a case of having one's cake and eating it, for it has the glossy, supple texture expected of the blend.
