Gourmet Traveller WINE - April May 2008 edition.  Some of the countries top sommeliers are asked what are their 'Rave Wines'.  Patrick White, head sommelier at Otto Ristorante, one of Sydney's harbourside hotspots, is interviewed By Nick Ryan.  Patrick is exposed to a very wide range of imported and especially Italian wine.  When asked to single out a 'Rave' import, he chooses the 2006 Coffele Ca'Viso Soave Classico.
