This champagne’s fine and elegant effervescence sparkles through its flaxen-gold colour. Its complex and pleasing nose reveals a subtle balance of floral notes such as linden, but develops distinctly into freshly churned butter and mildly spiced gingerbread. This is a full-bodied, well-structured wine that shows great complexity. It has a long, delicate finish with a lingering sensation of its aromatic complexity. |
