Harvest 2007
Harvest 2007 at the Maipo Valley presented excellent weather conditions during summer and harvest season, this allowed to have grapes with good
ripeness, balance and structure. The highest temperatures during summer were lower than 30°C, therefore the harvest had excellent ripeness of phenolic composition. At the same time, the over 20°C thermal oscillation between day and night allowed a special concentration of anthocyanes in the wine.
