Varietal: 50% Marsanne, 30% Granache blanc, 20% Roussanne.
Aroma: Refreshing boquets of white flowers.
Palate: Long-lasting flavours of peach and lemon
Origin: Bizanet Village, piedmont of the Fontfroide hills, southwest of Narbonne in Languedoc-Roussillon.

Soil: Limestone colluvium and Campanian sandstone.
Climate: Mediterranean, windy. Dryness increased by the prevailing winds that blow from the west and northwest (Cers and Tramontana)
Wine-Making Method: Skin maceration, cold must settling, followed by temperature controlled fermentation period. Maturing on fine less. Malolactic fermentation is not made.
