Terms and Conditions

To qualify for wholesale access you must hold a current liquor licence to sell alcoholic beverages.  Our minimum order is 12 bottles in units of applicable packaging  (6 or 12 bottles), except where individual LUC price is $50 or more, in which case single bottles may be ordered as part of a mixed dozen.

Prices listed (only visible to Account users after a successful login) are before any agreed customer specific discounts, such as pouring allowance discounts.  Such discounts will not be shown in your order confirmation, or on this web site, however they will be applied at time of invoice and wine shipment.

For new customers, your application will be reviewed and we will contact you to finalise processing, including providing an Account/Trade application form if applicable.

We reserve the right to refuse Account applications.

For Account customers our Trading Terms are net 14 days after end of month.  

By placing an order with us you accept our Trading Terms.

Goods remain the property of Global Fine Wines until paid in full.

All LUC (Landed Unit Cost) prices include wine cost plus WET tax, Freight and Handling to greater Sydney, Canberra, Melbourne and Adelaide areas.   An additional (partial) freight recovery charge is applied for all other locations.  Please see Shipping page for details.  GST is excluded in the LUC price.  Pricing may change without notice.

Our staff work hard to ensure accuracy and currency of information on this web site, however 100% accuracy cannot be guaranteed.  Global Fine Wines accepts no liability for any consequences of errors on this web site.  Orders of a critical nature are best placed in person by phone where there is the opportunity to discuss your requirements.

GUARANTEED QUALITY

We guarantee the quality of our wine.  However, the ‘living and fragile’ nature of wine means that on occasion a bottle may be spoiled by any number of factors.  Should this arise, we will replace the bottle with the same wine.  In the event we do not have the same wine, we will either replace with a similar wine (e.g. new vintage) or apply a credit towards a future purchase.  This guarantee is valid for 12 months after date of purchase.
