This wine is made from fruit sourced from the Adelaide Hills. Dale and Kate Tuck's Mount Crawford vineyard is situated at 550 metres bordering the Southern end of Eden Valley, the vineyard is on the South Western slope of The Mount Lofty Ranges.

Vinification: Pressings (taille) are reserved for a full bodied dry white blend. Cold settling the juice for 5 to 10 days preceding a relatively long cold fermentation adds a further flavour dimension. The wine is aged on lees for 3 months prior to bottling.
