TRADE ACCESS TERMS

If you are in the ‘Wine Trade’ you may apply to get a password for ‘Trade Access’. This will reveal pricing information and more in-depth information on most wines, such as reviews and winemaker’s notes. This can become a very useful tool for you to make informed wine selections.

Please read the terms and conditions below. Then indicate your agreement by checking the "I agree to the terms and conditions" box and click submit. This will redirect you to a page to enter your business details. Once these are submitted, you will be given a password usually within 24 hours. You may confidentially change this password at any time.

Trade access is only granted if you are affiliated with an Australian businesses that holds a current liquor licence to sell alcoholic beverages, or actively work in the wine industry (e.g. as a wine consultant or journalist).

Prices revealed will be the Landed Unit Cost (LUC) excluding GST, for delivery to Sydney or Melbourne. Additional charges may apply to other locations (see Shipping information). You may be entitled to additional discounts, such as pouring allowance discounts. These are applied after you place any orders either by phone, email or using this web site. These prices may change at any time without notice.

Existing customers are pre-approved and once you complete the Trade access application form (it only takes a minute) you will soon be issued with a password to gain full access to this web site. For new customers, your application will be reviewed and we may contact you to finalise processing, including providing an Account/Trade application form if this is applicable. We reserve the right to refuse Trade Access to this website.

You may place orders by phone, email, fax or indeed use the online ordering facility provided with this web site if you are ordering on behalf of an organisation with a current liquor licence. Note that online orders will not initially show any applicable discounts. These however will be applied at time of invoicing with shipment. Unless agreed on a case by case basis, orders should be in applicable case lots (6 or 12 bottles), total order at least 12 bottles. Bottles with an LUC greater than $50 may be purchased as single bottles and part of a mixed dozen or more.
