Slightly chilled, a long-lasting wine indulgence.
The sensory effects is depicted on the Sensory Wine Picture (SWP) on the front label. The SWP provides an alternative or complementary way of illustrating the character and nature of a wine. Each and every individual components found within a wine trigger certain perceptions which can be matched to a unique combination of shapes and colours which are recognized universally.
The shapes and colours in the bottle illustrate the development of the flavour (top) and taste (bottom) from left to right which is not based on a subjective interpretation.
Liquor Style: Dry Red
Appearance: Rich dark purple with lateral soft violet notes.
Aroma: Concentrated fragrant, fruity with a well-integrated barrique note, at the same time varied and dynamic in tangy aromatics.
Palate: On the palate soft tannin agents are combined with faint sweet components and a distinctive mineral density on the finish.
Pairings: Dry aged beef cooked in a BBQ smoker with aromatic rosemary jus based on a mango-pepper reduction. Add baked potato and grilled carrots.
Awards: still TBC (we haven’t heard back from the winemaker yet)
