Its a Tempranillo grape variety from Toro and Ribera del Duero whose wineyards are between 15 and 25 years old. This wine remains 12 months in an American and french (allier) oak barrel and then in a bottle for at least 12 months.
Liquor Style: Dry Red
Aromas: It is powerful on the nose with pronounced red fruit aromas. It has touch of vanilla, blended with spices, liquorice and toast coming through. It has notes of chocolate, eucalyptus, leather and tobacco that brings its elegance and sophistication.
Palate: It is medium to full bodied in the palate with focused a red fruit bouquet. It has smooth, clean and velvety texture with a vanilla note on the finish.

Vinification: Hand harvesting. Double sorting - first in the vineyard and then in the cellar sorting table. De-stemming. Alcoholic fermentation at 28 ºC in stainless steel vats for about 3 weeks. It is aged in oak barrels, fining, stabilization and racking. Further aging happens in the bottle.
