5.5 Rosé Frizzante
It is mechanically night harvested to preserve freshness of the grape. De-stemming. It is cold on skin contact maceration of the two varieties to extract aromas and colour. It is exclusively juiced from the first press in pneumatic press. The partial alcoholic fermentation is controlled at 3ºC in stainless steel vats until it gets the 5.5º of alcohol. Settling of the must and cold stabilization before bottling.
It has a brilliant and clean strawberry-pink colour. It has clear aromas which combine a variety of flavours such as strawberries, blackberries, water pear, raspberry and tropical memories. It is very well structured with perfectly balanced acidity which gives the wine great freshness. It has natural CO2 from the partial fermentation.
