Made by traditional method or Champanoise. It is 100% Verdejo with a minimum of 9 months of aging. It is ideal to toast for all occasions.
Aroma: It has an aroma of green apple, hay and citrus tones together with subtle notes of toasted bread and nuts from its agin in the bottle with the yeasts.
Palate: It is complex and balanced on the palate with a great structure and a delicate and elegant finish with notes of nuts, bitter almond and butter.

Vinification: For the base wine: Selection of grapes in the vineyard. Exclusively first pressing flower must in pneumatic membrane press. Cold maceration of the must with the skins for 8 - 12 hours. Fermentation in stainless steel at a controlled temperature of 17 º C. Bottling in Champagne type bottle with yeast and sugar where the second fermentation takes place in bottle. Crianza with its lees in a mudéjar cave at 12 º C Degüello and final corking.
