This Tempranillo is from grapes of DO Ribera del Duero and Toro. The vines are between 15 and 25 years old. The wine remains 12 months in American & French (Aller) oak and then at least 12 months in a bottle before release.
Aroma: It is powerful on the nose with pronounced red fruit aromas. It has touch of vanilla, blended with spices, liquorice and toast coming through. It has notes of chocolate, eucalyptus, leather and tobacco that brings its elegance and sophistication.
Palate: It is medium to full bodied in the palate with focused a red fruit bouquet. It has smooth, clean and velvety texture with a vanilla note on the finish.

Suggested Cellaring: 8-10 Yrs.
Serving temperature: 15-19°C
Vinification: Hand harvesting. Double sorting - first in the vineyard and then in the cellar sorting table. De-stemming. Alcoholic fermentation at 28 ºC in stainless steel vats for about 3 weeks. It is aged in oak barrels, fining, stabilization and racking. Further aging happens in the bottle.
