Hand harvesting. Double sorting: first in the vineyard and then in the cellar sorting table. De-stemming. Alcoholic fermentation at 28 ºC in stainless steel vats for about 3 weeks. It is aged in oak barrels, fining, stabilization and racking. The aging is in the bottle.
It has Intense ruby red colour which is brilliant and clean. It has complex aromas on the nose of ripe fruit together with vanilla, liquorice and balsamic, spicy notes. It is very soft and velvety on the palate. It is also round, elegant and harmonious.
