Chateau Sainte Croix Provence's Proud Rose Winemakers

Chateau Sainte Croix Provence's Proud Rose Winemakers

Château Sainte Croix, located in the center of the Var, is an old fortified farm built in the 12th century. This fortress sits on a plain surrounded by hills. This protected situation favors the maturation of grapes. The lands are clay limestone, deep and fresh, the edges of the river, are made up of sandy soils. All these elements make it possible to obtain the typical white wines, powerful and dominated by floral notes.

For four generations the Pélépol family owns Château Sainte Croix. The passion of the profession transmits from generation to generation has made it possible to improve the tools of production and to perpetuate the exploitation. Stéphane Pélépol, current owner, has diversified and adapted the range of products grace to his charisma, his experience and his love of wine. All this in the unique goal to satisfy a large clientele.
