This elaborated champagne made of 50% chardonnay and 50% pinot noir seduces with a bright yellow. It's nose is very fruity and it possesses a great harmony between a thin volume and a present length. Beautiful as an aperitif and a perfect match with white or red meat. ​​

Appearance: Bright golden yellow.


Aroma: It has a perfect balance of fruit and flowers. It also has notes of fruit jellier and aromas of quince.


Palate: It is balanced with fine tension.
