Our Chianti Classico Riserva is generally made from the finest grapes mostly Sangiovese and is aged in barrels and barriques of French oak. It is made to mature and to evolve with more and more character. This is an aging wine that is able to express new and interesting sensations year after year.

Varietal: 95% Sangiovese, 5% Complementary grapes

Appearance: It has intense ruby red color.

Aroma: It is a complex wine. Its bouquet blends in harmony the typpical fruity aromas of Sangiovese (such as blackberry, ripe marasa, plum) with the elegant nose of wood without prevailing.

Palate: This is a thick wine. On the palate, it is velvety and harmonious with an excellent balance between acidity and sweet tannins. It is also an aging wine. It gives its best from the 5th year after the harvest.

Pairings: If consumed young, it expresses all its power with the typical grilled steak. With time, it supports large game dishes. Its harmony and typicality are also exalted perfectly by aged hard cheeses.

Bottle Closure: Cork

Serving temperature: 18°C

Vinification:  In small stainless steel tanks with the use of selected/indigenous yeasts and at controlled temperature, alternating pumping over to "delestage"

Alcohol: 13%
