Tempranillo grape, belonging to the DO Ribera del Duero whose vineyards are between 35 and 40 years old. The broth remains 12 months in American-French (allier) barrels and then in the bottle for 12 months minimum.
Varietal: Tempranillo
Aroma: It is clean on the nose with fruit aromas mingling well with the oak (notes of vanilla, toast, spices, liquorice and truffles).
Palate: It has great structure in the palate that is fleshy, soft, expressive and full with sweet and well integrated tannins. It has a great lingering finish.
Bottle Closure: Cork
Suggested Cellaring: 8-10 years

Harvest: Handpicked
Vinification: Double sorting: first in the vineyard and then in the cellar. De-stemming. Alcoholic fermentation controlled at 28ºC in concrete vats for about 3 weeks. There is daily pumping over process to extract colour from the skins and control the fermentation temperature. Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel vats. It is aged in oak barrels. Fining and racking.
