Amarone is one of the most important red wines of Italy, one of a kind. After a drying process of about 120 days, the grapes are pressed and at the end of the fermentation, are refined in wood barrels. The result is an important product, fruit of a personal interpretation of both the grapes and the wine-making.
Varietal: Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella and Cabernet
Aroma: It has a nose of blackberries, black cherries and cherries with spices in the end.
Palate: In the mouth, it is intense and has a complex full body that is beautifully balanced.
Bottle Closure: Cork
Serving temperature: 16°C
Harvest: Handpicked at the end of September.
Vinification: Fermented 30 days in stainless steel tanks and 24 months in various size of wood barrels.
Alcohol: 15.5%
