Each and every individual components found within a wine trigger certain perceptions which can be matched to a unique combination of shapes and colours which are recognised universally.

Appearance: Fresh lemon yellow with an underlying hint of lime green.
Aroma: Ripe scent of mirabelle, tender, green fruit aromas, well-structured with a punctured ethereal note.
Palate: A successful combination of carrying fruit sweetness, tender mineral notes and ripe acidity on the palate.
Pairings: Marinated salmon trout with grated parmesan cheese on a leek-eggplant quiche.
