Appearance: Delicate pink of almond blossom combined with bright old gold.
Aroma: Creamy-soft scent of ripe pears and tender vanilla and fresh green apple.
Palate: Develops smoothly and baroque on the palate with a flattering sweetness to a classic burgundy.
Pairings: Buckwheat crepes with grilled eggplant, fresh chanterelle and sautéed spring onions. Add a cumin dip with lime zest and fleur de sel.
