Made by traditional method or Champanoise. Its a 100% Verdejo with a minimum of 9 months of aging. It is very rich in desserts and to toast.
Aroma: The aromas are intense with green apple, citrus, hints of jams and nuts.
Palate: The palate is fresh and pleasant. The bubbles are small and do not bother. It has delicate, round, long and frank finish with aniseed and toasted notes.

Vinification: For the base wine: Selection of grapes in the vineyard. Exclusively first pressing flower must in pneumatic membrane press. Cold maceration of the must with the skins for 8 - 12 hours. Fermentation in stainless steel at a controlled temperature of 17 º C. Bottling in Champagne type bottle with yeast and sugar where the second fermentation takes place in the bottle. Crianza with its lees in mudéjar cave at 12 º C and final corking.
