Varietal: Tempranillo

Aroma: It ha an extremely complex bouquet of ripe black and red berry fruits together with spices, liquorice, vanilla, eucalyptus, coffee, plum compotes and toasty notes.

Palate: It is full bodied, powerful, elegant with a long, long finish.  It has sweet and tasty flavors coming through at the end.


Sub-region of Origin: DO Ribera Duero and DO Toro

Harvest: Handpicked

Vinification: Old special selected vineyards. Double grape selection at the winery. Alcoholic fermentation controlled at 28ºC for about three weeks. Daily punching down. Racking to barrels where malolactic fermentation takes place. Aged in oak barrels. Racking to oak vats where the wine stays quiet until the moment of the fining and stabilisation.
