Varietal: Grenache Shiraz
Aroma: Sweet kiss of blackberry and cassis along with licorice, graphite and provencal herbs.
Palate: It is seductive, full-bodied and exhibiting some toasty vanilla notes that are not dominant or intrusive.
Bottle Closure: Cork
Suggested Cellaring: 10 years
Vinification: This is the Domaine's top wine. A 50% blend of Syrah and Grenache from the 50-100-year-old vines. The wine spends 12 months in barrel.
