Each and every individual components found within a wine trigger certain perceptions which can be matched to a unique combination of shapes and colours which are recognized universally.

Liquor Style:  Dry Red

Varietal: Merlot 

Appearance: Rich dark purple with lateral soft violet notes.

Aroma: Concentrated fragrant, fruity with a well-integrated barrique note, at the same time varied and dynamic in tangy aromatics.

Palate: On the palate soft tannin agents are combined with faint sweet components and a distinctive mineral density on the finish. 

Pairings: Dry aged beef cooked in a BBQ smoker with aromatic rosemary jus based on a mango-pepper reduction. Add baked potato and grilled carrots.

Awards: still TBC (we haven’t heard back from the winemaker yet)
